Hi, I’m Nadya

I am a Sydney-based Certified Yoga Instructor with nearly ten years of yoga experience, offering classes suitable for all levels from beginners to intermediate.

In my classes, you will experience a blend of creative, flexible, strong and safe flow. The aim is to leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and full of energy after every lesson. By integrating the physical and psychological elements, my yoga flow is designed to enhance overall well-being. I customize my lessons to meet individual needs, ensuring that your specific fitness or yoga goals are addressed. I offer private, group or family sessions for all levels from beginner to advanced.
